This year marks a very special milestone—the 10th anniversary of Book Week NI and Grange Primary School joined in the celebrations with a week full of imagination, creativity and a shared love of reading!
Throughout the week, pupils and staff took part in a variety of exciting activities to honour the power of books and storytelling. The school was alive with literary joy.
Highlights from the week included:
- Drop Everything and Read (DEAR): A peaceful moment where everyone paused to enjoy a good book.
- Reading Buddies: Older pupils paired with younger children to share stories and build connections.
- Creative Challenges: Pupils designed bookmarks and even created their own mini-books
- Literary Quiz: Primary 4-7 came together for a quiz on all things literary
