Primary 3–7 pupils enjoyed a fantastic celebration event to mark the conclusion of their ASPIRE Peace Plus project for 2024–25. As part of this special cross-border partnership, the children travelled to GR8 in Castleblayney, County Monaghan, for a fun-filled day alongside their friends from Killowen Primary School and St Nicholas’ Church of Ireland School, Dundalk.
The day was packed with excitement and laughter as the children enjoyed soft play, bowling, football and a delicious hot lunch. It was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen friendships, celebrate a year of shared learning and experiences and create lasting memories.
This joyful outing was the perfect way to wrap up a successful year of collaboration between our partner schools. A great day was had by all and we’re already looking forward to continuing this special partnership in the year ahead!
