Primary 5-7 had a brilliant visit from the Dairy Council today! Pupils explored the ‘MILK’ message: - Move your body to keep fit - Inside or outside - all exercise counts - Let’s eat milk, yoghurt and cheese for calcium - Keep the right balance between food groups
Through games, discussions and even a rap battle, pupils showed great energy and enthusiasm. A huge thank you to the girls from the Dairy Council for making healthy choices so much fun! We really enjoyed all you had to share with us.
