All of the children in our school participated in our beach clean at Greencastle today.
They were accompanied by parents and grandparents who volunteered to help.
As you will see from the photographs, the children worked hard to collect lots of rubbish which was disposed of by Mr D Keown of Mourne Heritage Trust.
We wish to thank Mr P McShane of NMDDC for the loan of litter pickers, hi-vis vests and gloves and Mr D Keown for collecting the bags of rubbish at the beach. Thanks also to all the adults who gave their time to help us. It is greatly appreciated.
