Grandparents’ Day at Grange Primary School 💛

As part of Catholic Schools’ Week we celebrated one of the most special occasions in our school calendar – Grandparents’ Day.

Our morning began with a beautiful Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Grange led by our Primary 7 pupils who read the prayers and participated reverently in the liturgy. The children sang hymns and played music with such joy and meaning, creating a truly memorable celebration.

We took time to remember and pray for grandparents who are no longer with us and for those who could not travel to be with us today.

After Mass, everyone gathered in the school hall to share tea, scones, treats and a lovely chat. The hall was filled with smiles, stories and precious moments between grandchildren and their grandparents.

A heartfelt thank you to all the grandparents who travelled from near and far to join us and help make today so special. Your presence means the world to the children and to our whole school community.
