What an unforgettable day for our Primary 6 pupils, Aodhan and Malachy, who had the incredible opportunity to attend the Down vs Kerry clash in the Joe McDonagh Cup on Saturday at Ballycran.
The excitement didn’t stop at the sidelines – the boys took to the pitch themselves, playing in the mini game during half-time! It was a proud moment for our school to have two of our young hurlers showcasing their skills on such a big stage.
Adding to the special day, Aodhan and Malachy met Ronan Sheehan, manager of the Down senior hurling team, who recently visited our school – a return to his roots at Grange! His encouragement and presence made the experience even more meaningful for the boys.
