To finish Maths Week, P5/6 had their visitor today. Ruaírí’s mummy came into our class to show us how she uses maths in her job as an accountant.
She set us the task of becoming mini accountants and we even had example invoices to work out! Hard work on a Friday afternoon 😁
Everyone worked so hard and Mrs Trainor was very impressed - we worked right up to home time without even noticing!
