Today, 1st February, we remember the life of St Brigid.
Brigid was known for spreading the word of God throughout Ireland not only by her teaching, but by her actions and kindness towards others.
We continued the tradition of making St Brigid’s crosses in our class today. The children enjoyed hearing Brigid’s story, saying a prayer and singing a special song.
